A morning yoga class for you and your little one.
Come and enjoy an hour of yoga to help regain your strength after pregnancy and birth. Working on things such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor strength as well as an all round stretch counteracting the baby carrying posture. Enjoy a deep guided relaxation and some gentle movements with your baby. And excellent bonding experience.
This will be followed by tea and biscuits as you sit and chat to the other mums. Set in Dimensions Nursery at Horndean Technology College, it has baby changing areas, sofas and seating for feeding too.
