This September all weekly classes will be returning!!!

All classes are suitable for beginners and beyond.

Have you ever fancied trying yoga or wanted to develop a daily practice?

Have you ever been to a yoga class and just felt like you wanted to practice it more once you got home. So instead of relaxing you were caught up trying to remember the poses for when you got home to practice some more?

This September we are taking a 7 week dive into Building Your Yoga!!!

Each week of the 7 week course will build upon the last, so over the course you will build up a sequence and a practice you can carry on at home.

Each week has some breathwork and a guided relaxation too. Don’t worry if you miss a week, as I record them and send them out via the What’s App group each week. I am also there to answer any questions you may have!!!

If you live too far away to attend the physical classes or they just don’t fit around your work, you can sign up to just receive the recordings to practice at home.

Monday – 6.30-7.30pm – Rebalance Pilates and Yoga Studio, Hambledon.

Tuesday’s 6-7pm Napier Hall, Horndean

Tuesday’s 7.15-8.15pm Napier Hall, Horndean

Thursday’s 9.30-10.30am Horndean Scout Hut, Horndean.

All classes are pre-booking only. Sold as 7 week block bookings for £70.
