What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience that uses sound waves to promote deep relaxation and healing. Through the harmonious resonance of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, participants are enveloped in a symphony of therapeutic vibrations, gently dissolving tension and restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

What should I bring to the class?
A yoga mat and a blanket can make your experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome in my classes. Just contact me before booking so we can have a conversation.
What if I’m not very flexible or strong?
Don’t worry, that’s why we practice yoga. It’s all about growth and progress at your own pace.
Am I too old to join?
Not at all! I have students in their 80s who attend my classes and benefit immensely from the practice.
Do I need to attend every week?
You don’t have to come every week, but the more you practice, the more benefits you’ll see in your mind and body.
