I attended a New moon yoga session yesterday with Holly and it was amazing! The setting was beautiful and it was... perfect for my well-being doing yoga, journaling and a yoga meditation as I would call it! Was lovely to be out in nature and it helped me connect to myself. This week saw me taking my first 1-2-1 private Yoga session with Holly at my home. Not only my first time with Holly... but my first time doing Yoga at the age of 55! I knew my body needed more stretching and after explaining this to Holly she took all of this on board and our session took all of this into consideration, as well as me highlighting to Holly the constant occurrence of cramps! Having Yoga sessions at home in your own environment is, for me, a peaceful and tranquil setting which is the vibe that Holly gives out during our session. I look forward to many more stretches and introductions to the world of Yoga with Holly.read more

After taking the plunge to try yoga which was something completely new to me, another lockdown meant I only managed one... face to face class with Holly. But luckily I have been able to follow her online classes from the beginning and can highly recommend them! Holly makes the classes easy to follow, let’s you work to your own abilities (I was completely inflexible!!) and is very supportive. The online classes also mean you can be do your session when is convenient for you. I’ve really enjoyed starting my yoga journey and am really looking forward to starting again with the face to face classes when we can. Yoga was something I’d always thought about doing and I’m so glad I finally gave it a try!read more

Holly is a brilliant practitioner and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to participate in yoga classes.... I contacted her to discuss the possibility of joining a beginners course. I was unsure whether it would be suitable as I have severe Osteo Arthritis in most of my joints and have undergone multiple surgical operations to repair and/or replace various joints. Having taken time to find out a thorough history Holly offered to come to my house and take me through a one to one programme adapted specifically to accommodate my restricted mobility. I was nervous and unsure what to expect but I needn't have been, Holly instantly put me at ease, she's very friendly and enthusiastic about her subject! Her in depth knowledge is very apparent and her explanations of the specific movements are thorough and easy to understand. If I was unable to do a specific move then Holly easily adapted it to my ability. I enjoyed my one to one sessions immensely but unfortunately due to Covid and a deteriorating hip joint they have come to temporary halt. Once I've had further surgery I fully intend to resume where we left of!!!read more

As a new starter who is inflexible with a back injury, arthritis in my spine and being plus sized - I wasn’t sure... what to expect - but I loved it! I was soon hooked and booked for the 6 week course. Holly is patient and kind and has given me adapted moves to suit me. I’ve also been lucky enough to go to a full moon yoga session at Butser Ancient Farm and it was magical! Holly is enthusiastic, passionate and a,ways helpful, I’ve learnt so much. Holly really knows her stuff and her voice for the relaxation is calming and grounding. Since lockdown I’ve been participating on Facebook/zoom and to be able to keep going at a fraction of the price is just amazing. Thank you Holly xxread more

I was totally new to yoga and was looking for a beginners course. I heard of Holly's new class that was starting up so... I joined nervously. Holly is a fantastic teacher who was not put off by my previous back injury at all. She takes it into consideration and just adapts the positions for me and has never made me feel bad for not being able to do something. Her classes are lovely and have really helped with my overall mood and general well-being. They are the time in the week I most look forward to. I cannot wait until we are able to return to classes after covid. I am so pleased I decided to sign up to her classes as she has helped me gain a much greater understanding of yoga. Shared a wonderful Butser New Moon session with Holly this evening and it was fantastic. Absolutely the best place I... have ever practiced Yoga. The physical yoga was beautifully balanced and the Nidra so fulfilling. Can not wait till the next one. And it wasn’t even a bit cold!!read more

I attended Holly's outdoor yoga class for the first time this week. I went not knowing what to expect as I have never... been to a yoga class in my life. I chose to trial it as I have yet to find something I really enjoy and that i feel will not only benefit physically but psychologically as well. I cannot recommend Holly enough- she is an excellent instructor, she explained all of the movements and positions In a clear precise and flowing manner making it very easy to follow. She made us all feel very welcome and relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever Yoga class - thank you Holly for an amazing experience. I just started attending Holly’s Harmony Yoga and I highly recommend it. Holly is a great instructor; she manages to... really explain all the positions without breaking the peaceful flow of a movement. I have joint problems and she accommodated me brilliantly, without making me feel awkward or limited. You just can’t beat yoga outdoors for a peaceful wind-down for the day.read more
