We have two different price structures so you can select which suits you best. If you want to guarantee your space every week and commit to your practice then block booking is for you, if you want flexibility then book yourself a drop in class.
What should I bring to the class?
A yoga mat and a blanket can make your experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome in my classes. Just contact me before booking so we can have a conversation.
What if I’m not very flexible or strong?
Don’t worry, that’s why we practice yoga. It’s all about growth and progress at your own pace.
Am I too old to join?
Not at all! I have students in their 80s who attend my classes and benefit immensely from the practice.
Do I need to attend every week?
You don’t have to come every week, but the more you practice, the more benefits you’ll see in your mind and body.
No matter which class you attend, rest assured that each session is carefully curated with necessary props and support.
