Prenatal Yoga Classes
Join weekly prenatal yoga classes specially designed for pregnancy from 12 weeks up to birth.
Taught by a fully qualified teacher trained by renowned expert Sally Parkes, these gentle, supportive sessions help ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and mobility for birth. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
These classes offer a precious opportunity to connect with other mums to be as well as your changing body and growing baby.
You’ll learn breathwork and relaxation techniques to support you through pregnancy, labour and into early motherhood – all in a safe, welcoming space with other mums-to-be.
