Holly has practiced yoga on and off since she was 13, when her mum took her to a yoga class in a village hall and she really wasn’t sure it was for her. However, something just kept pulling her back to yoga. Whether it be to help her unwind during her studies, deal with life changes, manage day to day life or prepare for her new arrival, she just kept being drawn back to the yoga practice.

Since then she has completed her 200-hours yoga teacher training with Diane Lee and Academy For Yoga Training, Bath. Also, she has trained with Sally Parkes to gain her 85-hours prenatal and postnatal training. She has also trained in Aerial Yoga with Mellissa Mace from Oaklands Yoga, Yin Yoga with Nina Goldberg from Yoga and Well-being with Nina and 100-hours kids yoga training with SamB Yoga and Teen Yoga with Live Love Yoga. Most recently completing her Ayurvedic Diploma with Sam Watts from Mind Body Medical.

Holly is no stranger to teaching and the workings of the mind, as she originally trained as a Primary School Teacher after studying for her degree in Psychology with Sociology. She has a particular interest in human anatomy and has always loved the work of Gunther Von Hagen, the creator of Body Worlds. She brings this passion and understanding into her yoga teaching.

Holly loves being in the great outdoors, and endeavours to connect women with themselves and nature. She does this through her outdoor yoga classes in Clanfield and at Butser Ancient Farm for moon yoga workshops.

Holly offers basic yoga classes with clear instructions and a totally immersive relaxation. These supportive classes for all abilities are the perfect antidote to a busy, modern day life. And Holly knows all about dealing with a fast paced daily life with her 5 children, dogs, cats and gerbils to look after! Yoga helps her keep her feet planted securely on the earth!
