This nurturing class is designed to support women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopausal symptoms such as mood swings, irritability, sleepless nights, hot flushes, and changes in bone density. Each week we explore a different symptom in a supportive, understanding environment, using a combination of restorative yoga for rest and balance, strengthening postures to promote bone health, and breathwork to calm the mind.
