I hope you are keeping well. This winter season has felt particularly heavy, with a long, slow flu leaving me moving a little more gently. Honestly, it’s been the perfect reminder to slow down and honour the natural rhythm of this time of year.

I’ve been taking time to release what no longer serves me from 2025—shedding old patterns like a snake sheds its skin—and focusing on my dreams for the year ahead. I’ve even created a vision board on my phone, capturing what I want 2026 to bring. Back at Lunar Connect & Reset in December, I wrote a little note to myself on a Christmas card, tucked it in with the decorations, ready to revisit at the end of this year. A simple ritual to hold my hopes and dreams close.

Monday 12th January we have our first Sound Bath of 2026, 7:45–8:45pm at Merchistoun Hall, Horndean (£15 per person). This soothing experience helps release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance to body and spirit. If you’d like a little extra self-care, join us beforehand for Yoga for Busy People, 6:30–7:30pm at Merchistoun Hall—a gentle way to stretch, move, and ground yourself before the sound bath.

The “Pause” Menoyoga sessions have also returned. These classes offer gentle stretches and relaxation to support the body through the transition from perimenopause to postmenopause, all within a warm and supportive community.

And for a little one-on-one nurturing, Reflexology treatments in Holly’s Haven—my garden cabin—are back. You can wrap yourself in warmth with heated blankets beneath and over you, perfect for a cocooned, restorative experience. Available Monday and Thursday daytimes, and Tuesday evenings.

I hope you find a little pause for yourself this week, whatever form that may take.

With warmth and gentle energy,

Holly x
