“I experienced my first aerial yoga class last week and I enjoyed it so much. This was such a welcoming and supportive class. I came out feeling so great, it combines so many different elements such as relaxation/medication, serious stretching and core strengthening. Plus, the fun of swinging in a silk hammock! I think this class would have something for everyone, you can take it completely at your own pace but you’d be surprised at what you can do – like hanging upside down from the ceiling! I did this class together with my mum and it was a great way to spend an hour and we both enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be coming back. “
