This hidden gem has been a place of pilgrimage and spiritual connection for centuries. Surrounded by lust greenery in the treetop canopy with soothing sounds of nature. It’s the perfect setting to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. Our retreat invites you to experience the healing power of this special place through yoga, sound bath, meditation and time in nature.
Accommodation
Stay in beautiful, remote acommodation nestled in the treetop canopy of St Nectan’s Glen. You’ll share a cozy bedroom an bathroom with other retreat guests, fully immersing yourself in nature, peace and simplicity – the perfect setting to reset and reconnect.
Staying in either the Retreat, a modern spacious lodge with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a peaceful garden area and tree-top views. Or St Cledar, a more traditional charming Cornish style cottage on the woodland edge. With open plan living and balcony views above the treetops with a private garden.
Food
Enjoy full catering throughout your stay, with delicious homemade meals delivered directly to your accommodation for easy, flexible self-service around our day. Breakfast of chef’s granola, fresh berries, yogurt, eggs, avocado, mushrooms and artisan breads, Light lunches and hearty dinners with sides and desserts, freshly prepared using local produce wherever possible. Teas, coffee and milk provided. This is an alcohol free site to support the weekends work.
Itinerary
Saturday will begin with morning yoga and breakfast, followed by free time to rest, explore, or book yourself in for reflexology, sound healing or crystal healing session with me. Spaces are limited. After a light lunch, well come together again for an afternoon yoga practice, a delicious dinner and a magical evening around the fire pit in amongst the tree tops and the stars. On sunday well share a final morning yoga practice, breakfast and lunch and closing circle before walking back down the hill to return refeshed to daily life around 2pm. (Please note: the itinary is subject to change and you can take part in as much or as little as you like, no pressure)
