Lunar Connect & Reset

Join us around the new moon, to connect together and recharge ready for the month ahead. In Butser’s ancient dwellings, we will settle around the fire to align with the lunar cycle, relax our minds and bodies, and create a meaningful craft to take a piece of the magic home.

In this intimate circle, we come together to cultivate connections, with ourselves and others. As the moon begins its cycle anew, we embrace the opportunity to reset and recharge, shedding what no longer serves us and welcoming in fresh intentions and energy.

Through gentle movement, reflective practices, and a craft activity designed to inspire creativity and self-expression, attendees are invited to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation. Whether you’re seeking to release stress, find clarity, or simply connect with a supportive community this gathering offers a nurturing space for all to thrive.

FAQ

What should I bring to the session?
A yoga mat and a blanket can make your experience even more comfortable and enjoyable as well as a hot water bottle in cooler months. You may wish to bring a plastic sheet or tarpaulin to go under your mat to keep it clean. Please bring a pen as well as a mug for a cup of herbal tea.  A torch can also help in the darker month and wearing plenty of layers.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant?Absolutely! Everyone is welcome in my classes. Just contact me before booking so we can have a conversation.

What if I’m not very flexible or strong?
Don’t worry, that’s why we practice yoga. It’s all about growth and progress at your own pace.
Do I need to attend every month?
You don’t have to come every month, but the more you practice, the more benefits you’ll see in your mind and body.  Also you can check in with all areas of your life in a whole lunar year.

Each month, you’ll discover more about the night sky and the moons wisdom, also drawing inspiration from nature, ancient wisdom, and the human body.
