All of Holly’s classes are suitable for beginners and beyond.

Yoga has just so many benefits for the body, mind and soul. Whether you want to unwind and relax in a busy modern world or stretch and tone I am here to help you.

Experience the warmth of community as out classes become a vibrant hub for forging new connections and deepening existing friendships. Our inclusive atmosphere welcomes individuals of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, creating a harmonious space for self-discovery.

There are waiting lists if any of the classes are sold out, so please register your interest here and I will see what I can do.

There is also a free class on Thursdays at 12:30-1:30pm for those with mental health issues. The class is sponsored by Sport In Mind held at Havant Methodist Church. You can complete the sign up form by click on the logo to the left or just turn up and complete it in the class.
