Holly’s classes offer yoga which is suitable for beginners and beyond. Each class includes breathwork, body poses and relaxation. There are many options available for you to start or continue your yoga journey, there is going to be an option to best suit you.

This is the most widely practised form of yoga in the west. It has been adapted to provide breathwork, yoga poses and meditations accessible to all. Using a wide range of poses I select and use them to provide people with the moments pause in their busy lives to return, relaxed and rejuvenated. Just like hitting a reset button
All of my classes are suitable for beginners and beyond, with clear instructions, support and adaptions in poses when needed. I won’t do any poses where the risk outweighs the benefits to the body. I believe instead of hitting the picture perfect pose it is more about how it feels in the body as we all have different bodies.
Overtime, your flexibility and strength will improve, but not always in a straightforward progression, but you will see a difference from a regular practice.
