I had tried yoga on and off over the years. My Nan used to practice yoga and so did my mum.
I have struggled with my mental health since my early teenage years so my mum took me along to a class to see if it helped. I personally wasn’t quite ready for it then.
During my pregnancies I went as I struggled with pelvic pain and wanted to remain active during pregnancy but in a low impact way.
After having children I wanted to exercise and have time to myself for my own sanity. High impact exercise wasn’t for me due to migraines and other injuries. I was stressed out with work and becoming more and more unwell from it.
That was where yoga stepped in yet again! Time for me, head space, exercise and toning all in one hour!
